This particular musical is more or less a sequel in an alternative universe to the anime’s first season. 
It is advised to watch the anime first.

19:29 Haruna/Haruda

This character’s name is Haruna Sakurada, however, 
students sometimes called her “Haruda”.This comes up in the manga prominently, 
it seems to have been carried over into this show. In the manga this is a reference
to Naoko Takeuchi's other characters Natsuna Sakurada (Codename: Sailor V) and
Akina Sakurada (The Cherry Project), along with Harunda Sakurada, their names form
a pattern, "Natsu" = Summer, "Aki" - Autumn, with "Haru" being "Spring" the joke
Haru-da (meaning She's Spring) points out that she's the Spring equivalent of these
other characters. A fourth character in the later PQ Angels would complete the set with
Fuyuna Sakurada, "Fuyu" being "WinteR".

A ghost or apparation. Literally "bewitching demon".
Since these monsters are specifically connected to the Dark Kingdom...
The word has not been translated.

This means something along the lines of “Celestial Soldiers decend and arrange yourselves in front of me”. 
Rei frequently uses this variation on the kuji-in (nine syllable mantra) 
to banish evil spirits in all versions of Sailor Moon.

Sometimes in Japanese anime and manga, normal names are substituted
with English letters, this is essentially just to show the name is generic and doesn't matter too much.

Pigeon-toed steps are when one walks with their feet pointing inwards.
Many Japanese women walk like this, it is often considered a very cute and feminine way to walk.
