A reference to a custom where somebody late to a party is forced to 
chug three cups of sake (Japanese rice wine). Known as "kaketsukesanbai"

13:00 Pumpkins

"Pumpkins" or "kabocha" is something the Amazon Trio called 
the Sailor Soldiers sometimes in the Sailor Moon SuperS anime. This
scene where they mention their preferences is not discussed in full here
but it is a reference to the target of preference to each of the Amazon
Trio, younger girls for Tiger's Eye, older women for Hawk's Eye and
males for Fish Eye.

This part is a pun made out of "mi" sounds

Although First Stage musicals tend to be sequels of sorts to the 
respective previous series anime (e.g. Usagi Ai no Senshi, follows on
from the Sailor Moon R Anime). This musical seems to actually follow on
from the Infinity arc of the manga. So it seems Hotaru was living with
Haruka, Michiru and Pluto as an infant.

25:36 Contestant Number One

The word used for "contestant" is actually "zekken" which refers to
directly to the number on an athlete's bib. We do not really 
have an equivalent in English.

31:55 Mop Stick

This is a pun on "stick" (sutekki) and "wonderful" (suteki)
