09:28 Eye of the Fish / Corns on the Feet

Fish Eye's name can be literally translated into Japanese
in multiple ways, one of those readings "uonome" also
refers to corns on one's feet. Tiger's Eye has told him
off that this is a "sandanochi" a type of Japanese joke
in three parts,  the two parts are always similar, with the
third being the punchline, usually a kind of pun like it is here.
Fish Eye had avoided using the pun the first round by using the reading
"sakana no me" for Eye of the Fish.


13:29 Male Role

This is referring to the Takarazuka Revue, an all-female troupe like
these musicals. Women are cast specifically as men are called "otokoyaku".
Tiger's Eye's actress was one formerly.

14:03 Baku

As Hawk's Eye explains, these are Japanese mythological
creatures that eat bad dreams.

25:19 Cleaner

Possibly a reference to the first Dream arc musical,
in which Usagi failed the auditions and became a cleaner for the circus.

25:58 Flower Garden in the Mind

A Japanese idiomatic expression that refers to some a
bit dim and out of touch of reality, like Fish Eye is
here with Mamoru. The idea is that the person in question
is not doing anything worthwile, but instead just playing
with flowers in their head. Fish Eye doesn't seem to have
missed this point and instead fills this song with romantic
flower imagery in a rather self-deluded fashion.

Minako blurred the word "fine" kekkou with the sound
a chicken makes, this is a carry-over line from the manga.

Publius Vergilius Maro was an ancient Roman poet.

As this is the final performance and also filmed in Osaka.

Hotaru is referring to the fact that the previous five main
actresses graduated after Un Nouvea Voyage.
