birds famous for their mimickry abilities.

7:50 Go Bang's?

This is a reference to Ikuko's actress Kaori Moriwaka who used to be part 
of a famous 80s/90s girl band called Go-Bang's. Ikuko arrived at saying
this by saying gougou  (outcry) and kouban (neighbourhood police station)
to form go-ban(gs).

7:54 Stones and things

The four police officers are the same actors for the Four Heavenly Kings in
the rest of the show. Stones refers to the fact that the Four Heavenly Kings
are named after minerals.

8:47 Shirai, Akai, Kuroi... Hanako

The first three names seem to refer to the hair colours of the Four Heavenly
Kings white (shira) for Zoisite, red (aka) for Nephrite and black (kuro) for
Kunzite. Hanako literally means "flower girl" and seems to serve as a generic
female name here. Each character makes several references to their respective
Four Heavenly Kings character such as Shirai's piano miming and mentioning
of being "by their side". Akai's quick anger, Hanako's sensitivity and Kuroi's
seemingly calm attitude and calls for revenge.

9:23 Pill bottle reads:

Amitan 2000. This is a reference to Ami, -tan being a cutesy name affix, this
scene mimicks Nephrite's scene where he ate Ami's cooking.

9:33 Kamako

It seems this is built out of -ko, a name ending usually reserved for
females and "kama" from "okama" alluding to the fact Jun Masuo is
playing a woman here.

It seems this song appears as up until this point, Makoto's songs were the only
ones to never appear in the series.

15:14 Let there be light for Cutie Kenkou

This biblical reference is also a reference to Kenkou Satou, one of the directosr
for the live-action series. The "light" references the "kou" in "Kenkou" which 
means light and the helicopter noises are one of Satou's trademarks, as heard
in episodes such as Act 23. The magician theme may relate to famous Japanese
magicians Tenkou Hikita and apprentice Marika Itakura (known as Princess
Tenko).
