This reads: "Prayer - NakoNako get (Kupi!). This is an "ema" (literally picture horse), 
a small votive wooden plaque which one can write their prayers or wishes on and hang 
at a Shinto Shrine. Originally these plaques would have pictures of horses, this is
from an old practice where horses would be donated to shrines for good fortune. 
However, other images, especially animals, are nowadays found on them too. Usagi's
seems to be of sheep.
