"Mystery Circle" is a wasei term, these are Japanese terms that have come
from English, but do not exist in normal English. Mystery Circles are what
we usually call "crop circleS", it seems that by the time the Japanese were
introduced to the concept, the connotation to "crops" was dropped.

10:23 UFO! UMA!

The Japanese pronounce UFO as a word. UMA is another term, we don't really
have in English, it stands for "Unidentified Mysterious Animal", usually 
what we refer to as "cryptids"

12:05 Angel Hair

This musical is full of paranormal references. Angel Hair is a substance
that is said to be like spider threads that disintegrates quickly. It is 
said to be created by UFOs.

12:08 Mameshiba

This is a Japanese word that refers to a smaller-sized shiba breed of dog.

13:54 21st Century

Since this musical was made in 2002, they have changed the traditional "20th
Century" in Sailor Moon to 21st.

15:18 HyuruHyuru Rockerman

"HyuruHyuru" is an onomatopoeic word for whistling. 

16:23 Black Sabbath

An English rock band,

40:27 MAX/CliMAX

MAX is a famous Japanese vocal group, standing for 
Musical Active eXperience. At the time this musical was staged, MAX was
undergoing a lineup change, with one of their four members taking hiatus
due to a pregnancy, a replacement was added. Seems Usagi's trying to mimick 
this in some way.

41:33 Miss Karas Vegas

This is a pun on "Las Vegas" (rasubegasu) "Calaveras" (karaberasu) and
"Crow" (karasu) for whatever reason, the actress for Calaveras, Ado Endou
is associated with crows, playing characters Sailor Lead Crow and
White Crow Ado in other shows. This might actually be the beginning of her
Crow theme but this is speculation.

42:25 Kouan Kurozuki

Probably not the best disguise, "Kurozuki" literally means "Black Moon"

43:28 Japan / Rock, Paper, Scissors

Usagi's confused Japan (japan) with the Japanese equivalent of Rock, Paper,
Scissors (jan ken)

44:40 Quadruple Metre

He's referring to the common 4/4 Time Signature.

44:43 HyuruHyuru Karajan

References to Herbert von Karajan, an Austrian orchestra conductor.

49:12 Age of Aquarius / Age of Pisces

Calaveras and Venus are referring to astrological ages. The Age of
Aquarius is often associated with world reformation movements. Supposedly
we are in the Age of Pisces which is associated with Venus.

58:10 Feel So Faraway

This song is a lyrical remake of "Lonely Distance" from the Sailor Stars 
musicals.

1:15:40 Wicked Black Crystal Earrings

Often the Japanese use the German word for earring, such as in this case
"pierce" (piasu) however we used the English to stop confusion.

1:59:25 Moment Fatal / Mon amour, c'est bien

Moment Fatal is French for Fatal Moment. 
Mon amour, c'est bien is French for "My love, is well"
