The restaurant featured Sailor Moon themed food, desserts and drinks along with an area where exclusive goods were sold. Fans even had a photo op area where cast often took photos for their social media (shown left).

There was both a lunch and dinner menu, with performances being held only for the dinner times.  There were three dinner shows a day and reservations were required to attend. The voice of Luna (Misato Matsumoto) gave the audience directions prior to the show starting. The performance itself was about 40 minutes long with each of the main cast having two actresses cast. Therefore the performing cast varied each day, with announcements made on the restaurants official twitter account on the days cast. The show had little dialogue and was in similar vein to the 2019 Sailor Moon The Super Live musical with a focus on dance and music over plot and dialogue.

No video recordings were allowed of the performance except for during the final song, which was Moonlight Densetsu. During the song, in the same vein as many of the musicals since 2013, the cast would go into the audience to interact with fans and take pictures.

One feature the restaurant did was to hold special events for special dates and holidays, such as the Sailor Guardians birthdays or Halloween. Before closing, they were able to celebrate Ami Mizuno/Sailor Mercury (September 10th), Minako Aino/Sailor Venus (October 22nd) and Makoto Kino/Sailor Jupiter (December 5th).

The restaurant had also changed it’s menu to go with the change of seasons from Summer to Fall.
