Sailor Moon Raisonné Artbook
The Sailor Moon Raisonné Artbook is a 200 page collection of Naoko Takeuchi’s Sailor Moon illustrations. 745 original art works in total! It was released in April of 2024. Considered an ultimate collector’s edition art book by some, it included all the color illustrations from the Nakayoshi magazine serialization period, digitally colored illustrations created post-serialization and color illustrations from “Codename: Sailor V.”
While there is no notes from Naoko or other members of her team, it does give us a full catalogue of production information, dates and materials for creation of each illustration.
