Hey there, all you young gentlemen
There’s one thing I’d like to ask you

“Yeah, yeah, what is it?”

What kind of qualities are regarded “ladylike”?
A frilly dress and a fair-skinned face
She’s skilled at cooking, she loves to clean
She’s got a weakness for cakes
Her idle chit-chatting never ends
She loses an argument and it ends in tears
Come on, thinking like that is utterly ridiculous
100 years out of date!
Girls and boys…
There’s only a single difference
Just the number of chromosomes

“I see!”

And so to you, all you young gentlemen
I’ve got something I want to say

“Yeah, yeah, what is it?”

What kind of person is a “feminine person”?
Sentimental, moody crows
Indecisive with bashful upturned eyes
Crybaby weaklings, tiny pigeon-toed steps
Long phone conversations that go on late
Stress-eating, sulking in bed
Come on, if people call those kinds of things “feminine”
I’d like to throw that word out
Girls and boys…
Categorically, there’s only one difference
Just a matter of chromosomes

“I get it now”

So then, all you young gentlemen
There’s one thing I’d like to ask you

“Yeah, yeah, what is it?”

What kind of qualities are regarded “ladylike”
Smiling gracefully, always well-behaved
At a bargain sale, she transforms into a dumptruck
She’s got a weakness for cakes
Her idle chit-chatting never ends
She loses an argument and it ends in tears

Come on, thinking like that…
Saying that regarding being “ladylike”
It’s a nuisance!

Girls and boys…
We’d be at ease without discrimination
That’s the proper fellowship

“It really is!”

Let’s just have more fun

Namikimichi no Koi

Namikimichi no Koi (並木道の恋), Love on the Tree-Lined Road, is a song that only appears in “Summer 1993 – Gaiden Dark Kingdom Fukkatsu Hen” and its revised edition.  It likely appeared in the “Super Spring Festival”. Minako sings this to explain the story of her first love. It seems to reference to the eighth chapter of Codename: Sailor V, “Namikimichi no Koi – Taabo Zenkai Baribari! Hen”

English

The fresh verdure of spring, on the tree-lined road
It was the first time I saw him…
My heart suddenly tightened for a moment
Instinctively, I froze and watched him pass by
In that summer tanned golden-brown
I saw him perform a moonsault
On that tree-lined road of memories
Our eyes met as we basked in the autumn sun
But still, but still, that person…
Never said a single thing to me
Even so, even so, I love him
Then he graduated… my first love…

Waltz ni Koi wo Nosete

Waltz ni Koi wo Nosete (ワルツに恋をのせて) A Love on a Waltz, is a song that only appears in “Summer 1993 – Gaiden Dark Kingdom Fukkatsu Hen” and its revised edition.  It was performed during a Silver Millennium Flashback scene between Prince Endymion and Princess Serenity. The melody was later reused in “Negaeba Kiss!”

In the whirl of a dance, I saw you that night
My heart was made up
I want to tell you it tonight
My ears grow warm with that voice of yours
My body begins to sway
I cannot dance alone any longer
Ah, we feel the same way, don’t we?
A Love on a Waltz
Shall we dance? Let us dance until morning
I dreamed and yearned for you and now you are here
Wishes do come true, don’t they?
If you keep praying, they do come true
Ah, we’ll always be together
A Love on a Waltz
Shall we dance? Let us dance until morning
